INSPIRE is an acronym that stands for:
Interact: interact with your students in a way that builds and maintains rapport even when saying ‘no’.
Negotiate
Stimulate your pupils and help them be motivated to learn and develop.
Perception: learn and use an NLP technique called perceptual positions to empower children to see a disagreement from alternative points of view.
Insight: gain insight into the children’s behaviours and shift feeling challenged or overwhelmed by the behaviours to tackling them smoothly and peacefully achieving the positive behavioural shift you aim.
Representation: find out how kids represent their worlds through language and how to use language to communicate effectively with every child as well as how to adapt your teaching to different representational systems (e.g. visual, auditory, etc).
Elevate and energise you pupils and help them feel great about themselves.
This programme is typically a series of one on one therapy sessions with me (an average of 4-6 sessions) or a series of workshop sessions at your school or in the community.
