This programme is typically a series of one on one therapy sessions with me (an average of 4-6 sessions); although you will start seeing results after one or two sessions.

I designed this unique bespoke one to one programme tailored to your needs and style to help you overcome every challenge you may be facing, no matter how big or small it is, and feel empowered to make positive choices.
